“Maybe… the problem is that you can’t hear Gods voice?”

“Maybe… the voice of insecurity has spoken so many times in our life, that that’s what we are accustomed to, therefore we then miss out on Gods voice…”

… but when you find God and become more like him - you can become the greatest version of yourself.”

This hit me so deep, my mom has a binder of my entire life and she gave it to me when I became an adult. As I was looking through it, of course there were many laughs but also tears. As I went through my medical records and all the testing I did as a child, I was told, time and time again that I would struggle in certain areas based on the results of these tests I had done through my childhood. No big deal, but when I saw my childhood teachers comments about me saying “she lacks confidence before she even tries” oof. Dang.

There was that “ accustomed voice”.. wasn’t one of which God would’ve told me as a child but the blessing is not then but where I am today - a much more grown, confident, inspired women!

For the first time in my life as an adult I witnessed the understanding of why they say how you talk to your kids matters. I’ve had to relearn a lot in order to be where I am today (praise God) - many trials and tribulations, learn to celebrate the wins, learn to not celebrate me but the Lord for all that I have.

2025 - I’ve grown in so many ways over the last year, with a new sense of gratitude, grace and confidence. A sense of confidence that lights up my path one foot in front of the other, even when I’m sitting in uncertainty. A confidence that’s already brought me opportunities in business and relationships. I’m so so excited for this year, for the brands that I’ve built or are building a relationship with, it’s truly something special and I can’t wait to tell their story.

With such a Will to continue to build the only relationship that truly never ends and the ones here on Earth that have come into my life in the past year - iykyk 🫶🏼🙏🏼
